Athletes Elite Performance is located in Lilburn, Georgia 15 minutes outside of the city of Atlanta. Owned by Brad Lester, the facility offers custom training programs, professional coaching, and sports recovery services.

Athletes Elite Performance is a complete full service training center geared towards all fitness. Our programs are designed and dedicated to enhancing the agility, speed & power of the athlete. We have helped hundreds of athletes reach their goal. A.E.P. has set the foundation for speed,agility,power & performance training in Gwinnett County.

A.E.P. was created to help not just athletes but to support general wellness. Our adult programs are suitable for any gender and fitness level. General fitness, weight loss, endurance, strength. A.E.P’s programs deliver results.

Our 8,000 sq. ft. indoor fitness center is state of the art facility with an indoor turf field, basketball court, batting cages, and parents lounge sitting area with flat screen TVs. We also offer teams & coaches the opportunity to use our mulit-sport facility for basketball practice, batting/pitching lessons, or for the use of indoor practice on a rainy day.

Football

Baseball

  • Improve speed and acceleration to move from home to first base as quickly as possible.
  • Enhance reactive ability to get a jump on stealing second base or to react to a hard-hit line drive.
